Has anyone tried using flexible solar panels for off-grid living? I’m building a small cabin and considering a solar setup for electricity. The space is limited, so I need something that won’t take up too much room but still delivers solid power output. I’ve read that flexible panels are much more versatile than traditional ones, but I’m unsure if they’ll be enough for daily use. I’d really appreciate some guidance from anyone who’s used them in an off-grid scenario!

Yes, I’ve used semi flexible solar panels for an off-grid cabin setup, and they can absolutely work—but it depends on your power needs and expectations. They're super versatile, especially for small spaces or curved/irregular surfaces like RV roofs or cabins with limited roof space. They're lightweight, easy to install, and don’t require heavy mounting gear like rigid panels do.
